Valorization of food industry by-products through the production of insect meal.
OBJECTIVE
The general objective of the project is the evaluation of a new process of transformation of by-products and agrifood residues that allows its valorization through the production of insect flour or its derived products (hydrolyzed protein, fat extracts and organic fertilizers).
